Our classes include the popular Les Mills choreographed group fitness classes such as Body Pump, Body Step, Body Balance and Body Attack PLUS the high calorie burning Boxacise workout and a water based Aqua Aerobics classes.

Benefits - Toned lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination, upper and lower body conditioning.
Body Step is a simple, athletic and fun workout that will leave you feeling liberated and alive. It uses an adjustable height step platform with a combination of stepping up and down moves to uplifting music. Determine the intensity of your workout by choosing your step height and stepping options.
Benefits – Increased strength and toning for upper and lower body
Body Pump is a toning and conditioning class in one. This class is done with weights and has a combination of great moves and great music and is suitable for just about anybody who wants to add some strength training into their fitness program. The simplicity of the class makes Body Pump a great starting point for anyone wishing to develop strength and confidence. The fastest way to shape up, define muscle and lose body fat!
Benefits – Increased cardio fitness, upper and lower body conditioning
Body Attack is a simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class with lots of low-impact options to cater for all types of fitness levels. Rapidly burn calories, improve general endurance and overall body strength in this high energy class.

Body Balance is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and mixed together to make this absolutely invigorating workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. It uses a combination of controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses to music to bring your mind and body into a state of balance. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life.
Benefits – Increase cardio fitness, co-ordination, strength and endurance capabilities
Boxercise is a circuit style boxing based fitness class that is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner’s right through to the advanced levels. It is a very motivating class which challenges you and improves your body’s cardiovascular, co-ordination, strength and endurance capabilities and will make you feel great. If you’ve had a tough day at the office or the kids have been running amok or you just need a good feel workout then Boxercise is definitely for you!

Benefits – Strengthen, tone and define the body with a minimal impact on joints
This low impact water workout includes a combination of cardio and water based resistance training exercises to help strengthen, tone and define your body with minimal impact to the joints. Other equipment used in the classes may also include buoyant water accessories and noodles which are used for extra resistance.
This class is conducted in our easy access 16 meter heated pool and is suitable from a basic beginner’s level of fitness right through to the more advanced fitness levels.
