By joining as a member with Forest Lake Fitness, you will not only receive access to our state of the art gym facilities, but we also guarantee you friendly and personal customer service every time you visit.
Flexible membership plans are available to suit your lifestyle.
All our memberships are inclusive of:
- Initial fitness assessment
- Personalised exercise program
- Program re-assessment every 8 weeks
- Access to free weights and pin (machine) weights
- All aerobics group fitness classes
- Aqua aerobics class
- Lap swimming
Facilities such as child minding, solarium, martial arts and learn to swim lessons are also available to members at a small additional cost.
At Forest Lake Fitness we offer several different membership plans to suit your different lifestyle. You can choose to either join on one easy upfront payment or make smaller payments on your membership fortnightly. All memberships include a once off joining fee.
1 Easy Upfront Payment – 1, 3, 6 and 12 month periods
Direct Debit Options – 6 and 12 month periods
Both membership plans are inclusive of:

We also offer casual gym entry and 10 visit causal cards. However, these exclude fitness assessments, exercise programs and use of the pool.
Discounts are given to fulltime students who provide valid photo ID
Membership to Forest Lake Fitness is only valid for those 13 years and older. However, those under 13 years can choose to participate in our Kids Club or Learn To Swim program.
Minors aged between 13 to 17 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian each visit. Forest Lake Fitness reserves the right, in its discretion, to require that a parent or guardian accompany a minor.

Corporate memberships are available for companies looking for a way get their team fit and healthy and working together. Employees that are fit and healthy have lower rates of absenteeism and stress at work while enjoying higher levels of productivity and time utilization. Training together can also be a fun way to increase team moral and relax after a hard day at work. Group personal training sessions and corporate Bootcamp is also available to bring out the most in your staff.
We have a range of special corporate membership rates available at Forest Lake Fitness in a variety of flexible options. Your employees can choose from fortnightly direct debit payments or one easy upfront payment.
Corporate memberships are offered to companies interested in joining four or more employees.
